If the moon could speak, we would hear all of the tales of battle, all the shedding of blood, from the many nations destrought. Oh, if only we could hear her cries. She would whisper the pain of those who can’t speak, from the graves of the past and the future to come. Her eyes and dread full of sorrows continue to demonstrate the ghostly past that’s yet to be written about. The lies should be revealed. The truth would be told, and her eyes recording ancient past revered. All that has been hidden, all that has been sold would now Unfold. The cries of slaves and all who have been hurt by the colonizers ways and greedy men of this world, they would feel the shame as a light beholds the shadows and ghosts of ancient past to be no more.Oh if only we could finally see the truth, the moon has seen for millions of years having had a front seat of this production we call life, a life we take for granted as we stare into her presence, her mighty face the changes every darn day, as we are puzzled by her moods and moves, she is clearly speaking to our soul which she tries to disclose yet we are too far off to be informed. Self consumed and filled with hate, she can only hope to find you one day.
